Nobody learns to trade the open on their own.

What actually happens
One session, three parts, every weekday morning.
The same shape each day, so you can measure your own progress against something that does not move.
01
Before the open
We read the session ahead together. What is on the calendar, where the levels sit, and what would make today a day to stay out.
02
The open, live
Trading in real time with the reasoning spoken out loud. You see the decisions being made, including the ones that turn out wrong.
03
The review
Every session is written up afterwards. What was taken, what was skipped, and why. The review is where the learning actually happens.
Who runs it
Several years. One pair. Thousands of repetitions.
Scalp Lab is run by K.Kun9999, a trader who has spent years on one instrument, USD/JPY, scalping it around the open. Not a portfolio, not a dozen markets. The same pair, at the same hour, for years.
He trades on feel rather than a mechanical set of rules. That word is usually where an explanation stops, and it is where this one starts.
What we teach, part one
What "feel" is actually made of
It is not instinct and it is not a gift. It is pattern recognition built by watching the same market, at the same time of day, until the shape of a move is recognised before it can be explained. The teaching is the slow work of pulling that apart into things you can be shown.
What we teach, part two
The psychology underneath it
Reading the move is the easier half. The harder half is being able to act on what you see, sit out when there is nothing there, and stop after a bad one. Most people fail here rather than on analysis, and it is the part a written rulebook cannot reach.
Who this is for
Mostly people who have never traded. Some who have, badly, alone.
New to it
You have never placed a trade
Nothing here assumes you know the words. The first weeks are about reading a chart and sitting on your hands, not about entries.
Already trading
You trade, and it is not working
Usually the problem is not the strategy. It is doing it alone, with nobody to tell you that the trade you are about to take is a bad one.
From the first session
The room is new. That is the best time to be in it.
Small enough that you can ask a question and get an answer. That will not be true forever.
Free. Leave whenever you like.
